After 30 years working in human resources and recruitment for many large firms Chris decided seven years ago it was time to branch out and start up her own company. For Chris offering an increased level of service to clients and candidates is at the forefront of what she does. Over the years Chris has worked in many industries, and recruited candidates to a number of positions. Her level of commitment to her clients and candidates, coupled with her experience and knowledge has ensured her longevity in this fast paced environment. She feels lucky to be able to work in an industry that she loves- where she has input into people’s lives.
Stephanie has been with KLC since 2009. It is her knowledge and understanding of our clients, and her ability to understand their needs that has contributed to the success of KLC Recruitment. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Management (Majoring in Human Resources and Marketing) from Deakin University. Stephanie has been working within the industry for over seven years now, she loves what she does. Her skill set coupled with her experience have enabled her to build great client and candidate relationships.
Jo started with KLC in September 2017 and brings with her years of experience working within the human resources industry, particularly with apprentices and trainees. She is skilled in recruitment, career development, mentoring, business development, administration and conflict resolution. She has a strong customer service focus and enjoys helping people secure new roles. Jo is a great addition to the KLC team and looks forward to assisting you with all your Human Resource needs.
Steph joined the KLC recruitment team in October 2017 on a part-time basis. Having worked in various industry sectors in both internal and external HR / recruitment, Steph brings a passion for assisting candidates with their career goals and clients with their recruiting needs. Steph holds a Bachelor of Social Science and Graduate Diploma of HR. Her focus is always to provide an approachable, personal and consultative service.
Jarrod began his journey at KLC Recruitment as a part time administrator in 2015, but has now shifted into the accounts manager position upon his completion of Year 12 at Whitefriars College in 2016. Jarrod plans to use the knowledge he will gain through completing his Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Science at Deakin University to further help the KLC team. He looks forward to the challenges that lie ahead, and is confident with the support of his other KLC Recruitment members that he and the business itself can continue to prosper.
Georgia has been working part time at KLC since 2014, whilst also completing her Bachelor Degree in Emergency Health and Paramedicine at Monash University. Georgia has a passion for helping others whether it be in finding employment or in a medical sense. Georgia has gained a wealth of HR knowledge whilst at KLC and has been able to further develop her interpersonal skills. Georgia has loved being a part of such a supportive team over the past 3 years.
