About the Opportunity
KLC Recruitment is currently looking for a full-time Administration Officer to join it’s client’s team in Croydon VIC. This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks and provide essential support a team of five advisors and their clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating meetings for five advisors and interacting with clients.
- Handling inbound calls and directing them appropriately.
- Providing support in the Centrelink area (training will be provided).
- Performing general administrative duties, including mail handling, banking, and managing office supplies.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Previous experience in administration or customer service would be advantageous.
