Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming phone calls and client inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Scheduling meetings, manage calendars, and support daily office operations.
- Providing general administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient task completion.
- Maintaining accurate client databases and assist in organising and filing documentation and reports.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage clients and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office software.
- High accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude, able to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in financial services is desirable but not essential.
