About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Care Team Lead to join their team, providing leadership and clinical oversight to a 50-bed aged care facility. This role is responsible for ensuring high quality, person-centred services are delivered to residents, supporting staff, and fostering a culture of clinical excellence and collaboration. This role requires a transformative and an empowering leader who can enable change and use their clinical expertise to coach, mentor and support clinical staff to deliver quality clinical care in accordance with Policies, Procedures and our clients overarching Vision.

  • $100,000 - $110,000 + Super + Salary Packaging Benefits

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise and support the clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, fostering a culture of clinical excellence.
  • Provide clinical oversight, mentoring, and ongoing professional development opportunities to build team capability.
  • Manage and oversee case reviews, emergency situations, incidents and injuries, ensuring appropriate response and escalation procedures are followed.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical governance frameworks and participate in quality, risk, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the AN-ACC Champion to ensure accurate claims, submissions, and validation processes align with Department of Health requirements.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder relationships and ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation and reporting standards are met.

Skills and Requirements :
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within Aged Care
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
  • Previous experience undertaking regulatory audits
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with the AN-ACC funding instrument with the ability to validate AN-ACC and work with the team and submit 
  • Demonstrated understanding of quality and risk management systems and the New Aged Care Standards Framework with exceptional reporting experience
