- $140,000 FTE plus superannuation and Salary Packaging

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting a team of up to 10 HR professionals to ensure they are meeting expected outcomes, this includes managing work performance, development, counselling, termination procedures and analysing training needs.
- Managing, coordinating and monitoring the annual budget in conjunction with the CFO, this includes managing all contracts within the scope of P&C.
- Reviewing quality procedures in relation to HR, OH&S and L&D- including organisational compliance with all legislative requirements.
- Managing complaints and investigations in the best interest of all parties involved.
- Managing all stakeholder relationships, including working closely to support the Executive Management Team, Working Groups and Committees.
What Do You Need?
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
- Previous experience providing strategic leadership and operational management across a medium sized organisation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to implement said legislation.
- Prior experience leading, managing and implementing HR Change and managing budgets.
- A Valid and Clear National Police Check and Valid Working Rights.
