- Conducting evidence-based assessments and clinical management for people with cognitive, physical, or psycho-social disabilities, aligning with their NDIS goals.
- Recommending and prescribing Assistive Technology and home modifications funded by the NDIS and other agencies, including preparing funding applications.
- Managing clients with increasing complexity, multiple conditions, and functional limitations, providing tailored interventions and recommendations for daily living activities.
- Use a strengths-based, client-centred approach to help clients identify their goals and provide support to achieve and sustain those goals over time.
- Communicating with NDIS, external agencies, and support workers; write high-quality reports; participate in quality improvement projects; and ensure compliance with legislation, funding guidelines, and service standards.
- Valid Driver’s License

- First Aid & CPR Qualifications
