- Casual - 22.8 hours per week spread over 4 days.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultations and advocacy via phone to carers, families, young people, and children.
- Assess needs, explore the reason for the call and respond to immediate/short term needs.
- Advocate for the needs of children, young people and families on key issues or where there are identified service gaps.
- Promote the Helpline Program externally at relevant meetings and network improvement initiatives.
- Support Carers/Families to navigate and understand the service system.
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent.
- 1+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of child and family welfare.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
