- On-site clinical visits (mandatory component)
- Telehealth consultations (where appropriate)
- Collaboration with nursing staff and care teams
- Proactive management of chronic conditions and care planning
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA (no restrictions)
- Your own PRODA access
- A valid ABN
- Experience or strong interest in aged care
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centred care
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
