KLC Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant (APS4) to support one of our clients senior Executive. Based in the Melbourne CBD yet also offering a hybrid option, this role provides high-level executive support to a Director who is based Regional but travels extensively interstate. In this role you will work to support and anticipated the needs of the Director but also work with the broader team to ensure the Director’s day runs smoothly, proactively managing competing priorities and reducing pressure on the Executive. The team operates in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing executive inboxes
- Proactive diary and calendar management
- Coordinating complex domestic travel arrangements
- Managing corporate credit card reconciliations and accruals
- Preparing and collating documentation for meetings
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Using initiative to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they escalate
Skills and Abilities
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working autonomously and using sound judgement
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Strong IT skills and confidence working with digital systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to obtain or already hold Baseline Clearance
