The Role
You’ll be embedded with founder-led businesses ($1M- $10M turnover), driving transformation across financials, leadership, operations, and growth strategy. This is not a coaching gig- it’s high-leverage advisory work with real skin in the game.
What You’ll Own
- Partnering directly with founders to build scalable growth engines.
- Diagnosing and removing operational bottlenecks and people constraints.
- Reshaping leadership structures and accountability systems.
- Driving financial performance and valuation uplift.
- Engineering succession, capital-readiness, or exit pathways.
- Leveraging proven frameworks while tailoring to the ground truth.
- 10+ years in business advisory, operational leadership, or SME transformation.
- Track record in scaling companies (especially $5M- $50M environments).
- Sharp financial acumen + behavioural insight (you get the numbers and the people).
- Gravitas to challenge founders constructively and lead change.
- Familiarity with Australian SME dynamics.
- MBA or equivalent real-world experience; coaching credentials a plus.
- You’ll work with business owners who want the truth -not fluff.
