The Opportunity
Working closely with the principals and Family Office, you will take ownership of day-to-day property operations while managing a broad range of personal assistance responsibilities. No two days will look the same – this is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced and varied environment.
Flexibility is essential, as availability outside standard business hours will be required from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
Property & Household Management
- Oversee multiple properties, including coordination of trades, cleaners, gardeners, pool maintenance and utilities
- Maintain general household order including linen cupboards, pantry, fridge and living areas
- Prepare residences for guests and liaise as required
- Laundry and dry-cleaning coordination
- Vehicle servicing, repairs and cleaning management
- Wardrobe management and grocery coordination
Personal Assistant & Administrative Support
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Manage medical appointments and associated paperwork
- Maintain records including memberships, subscriptions and utilities across properties
- IT coordination with external providers
- Manage WhatsApp groups and respond to ad hoc requests in a timely manner
- Stationery ordering, scanning and general administrative tasks
About You
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work autonomously
- Comfortable managing competing priorities
- Previous experience in property management or a similar House Manager/PA role highly regarded
- Professional, discreet and solutions-focused
- Comfortable using your own mobile phone for work-related communication
- Available to provide flexibility outside standard hours when required
