We are seeking a dedicated Paraplanner to join our client’s financial planning practice in Croydon. Our client is seeking an experienced paraplanner who can join this experienced and established team to provide superior support to the planning team.
In this role you will work closely with the adviser team, providing client and adviser support across financial planning processes, Xplan CRM, and compliance requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist advisers with the preparation of Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and client strategy documents
- Support the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience across advice and administration functions
- Maintain accurate client records and workflows in Xplan
- Collaborate with advisers to research strategies and develop tailored financial solutions
- Provide high-level administrative and technical support to ensure compliance standards are met
Skills and Abilities
- Preferably an approved financial planning degree, or currently working towards completion
- Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Xplan, and ideally experience in Xeppo and IFF
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Organised, proactive, and eager to be apart of this close-knit team
