Are you looking to join a purpose-driven organisation as a Business Development / Relationship Manager, working fully remotely from anywhere in VIC? This flexible 6–12 month contract (part-time or full-time) is ideal for a proactive, people-focused professional with sales or BD experience, particularly in Aged Care or NDIS. In this role you will build and manage referral relationships, run stakeholder meetings, and identify new growth opportunities across VIC/NSW. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow relationships with Aged Care and NDIS providers
  • Run stakeholder meetings and sales presentations; attend workshops, networking events and industry expos
  • Build partnerships with key referrers; identify new opportunities and run outreach/cold-calling cadences
  • Keep clean CRM/account notes, track pipeline, and complete regular business reviews with clear activity/outcome reporting
  • Respond promptly to inbound queries and support conversion from enquiry to first booking

Skills and Abilities
 
  • Proven experience in sales/BD, lead generation and cold calling
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong time-management and attention to detail
  • Full driver’s licence; comfortable travelling from home for meetings/events.
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously and hit weekly KPIs
  • Knowledge of allied health services and/or experience across Aged Care/NDIS would be advantageous 
  • Qualifications in Business, Aged Care or Disability are desired
