Chris Sacco
Director
Chris founded KLC in 2009 and has been providing tailored employment solutions, from HR to recruitment ever since. As an accredited mediator, she has extensive experience navigating complex workplace matters, including restructures, redundancies, performance management, and investigations. Chris thrives on helping businesses grow through strategic hiring, while supporting candidates in finding roles where they can truly thrive. She brings a well-rounded perspective to recruitment, blending professional insight with authenticity and empathy.
Outside of work, Chris is an avid traveller who enjoys exploring new cultures and cuisines. She has a love for live music, spending weekends discovering local gigs, and unwinding with a good book or coastal walk. Her creativity and curiosity shine through in both her personal and professional life, making her a dynamic and relatable presence in the recruitment industry.
Stephanie Berry
General Manager
Stephanie has over fifteen year’s experience working in recruitment and human resources, complimented by her Bachelor of Management, Majoring in Human Resources and Marketing. During this time, Steph has worked with a range of diverse clients to support their business needs, recruitment strategies and to ensure sound HR practices. Steph has been recognised for her honest and impactful approach, working to ensure the best outcomes for clients, candidates and employees alike. Steph finds joy in identifying great talent for her clients and finding great new opportunities for her candidates, she uses her honest approach and sense of humour to ensure the process is enjoyable for everyone! For many of her HR clients Steph is a great sounding board and always there to work with and guide them, to make sure their employees reap the rewards of a well structured supportive HR environment.
Outside of work, Steph is a busy mum of two, who enjoys spending quality time with her husband Nic, children and cavoodle Luna. You will find Steph always with coffee in hand, often listening to country music and when not wrangling children hopefully reading a book!
Jarrod Sacco

Jarrod Sacco is a dedicated recruitment professional at KLC Recruitment, bringing a strong commitment to connecting the right talent with the right opportunities. With a background in client relationship management and candidate sourcing, Jarrod takes pride in delivering tailored recruitment solutions that support both business growth and individual career development. His approachable nature, attention to detail, and focus on long-term outcomes make him a trusted partner to clients and candidates alike. Passionate about building meaningful connections, Jarrod is driven by a genuine interest in helping people succeed. He thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys the challenge of matching diverse skill sets to the unique culture and needs of each organisation.
Outside of work, Jarrod enjoys (sometimes) supporting the Carlton Football Club, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new places. He believes in continuous personal growth and brings that mindset to every interaction, both professionally and personally.
Helena McCartin-Collins
Human Resources Consultant
Helena is a resourceful HR professional at KLC Recruitment, bringing a people-focused approach and a strong foundation in Human Resource Management. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in HR, in 2022, Helena has supported KLC's clients across a wide range of HR matters - from contracts and policies to conducting performance reviews and interpreting modern awards. She is known for her approachable nature, practical advice, and commitment to helping businesses navigate the complexities of HR with confidence.
Outside of work, Helena enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and exploring the outdoors, especially if it involves a beach sunset. She’s equally happy curled up with a good murder mystery novel and the company of her very spoilt dog.
Tammy Rendina

Tammy is a real home body and loves nothing more than cuddling up on the couch and watching a great Netflix series, cooking up a feast for her fam, and spending quality time with her daughter. Her friends best describe her as easy going, very funny, a good listener, a bejewelled ninja and a Chicken Parma extraordinaire!
