As the Business Services Administrator of a boutique accounting practice, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office while ensuring a high level of service to clients and the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator seeking stability and longevity in a professional environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Front-of-house duties including reception and client enquiries
- Managing ASIC lodgements and compliance requirements
- General office administration and follow-up tasks
- Supporting the team with documentation, filing, and reporting
- Ensuring processes run efficiently and professionally
Skills and Abilities:
- Previous experience in an administration or office support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Prior exposure to ASIC compliance or corporate secretarial tasks (highly regarded)
