Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery call through to close
- Conduct 60+ discovery calls per week and qualify all inbound leads
- Progress prospects through diagnostic stages and structured evaluation sessions
- Deliver 1-hour business evaluation meetings and run follow-up decision conversations
- Execute consistent follow-up across phone, SMS, email and social channels
- Track daily activity, conversions, follow-ups and personal KPIs
- Review weekly performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and share market insights
Skills and Abilities
- Experience in inside sales, consulting sales or advisory-based sales
- Strong commercial communication skills with empathy and confidence
- Self-driven, disciplined and comfortable in KPI-driven environments
- Enjoys structure, accountability and consistent follow-through
- Professional, collaborative and reflective of a strong commercial brand
