Our client is looking for a temp who can hit the ground running to assist their HR Team. Primarily you will be supporting the larger centralised HR team with numerous HR Administration tasks database administration. This opportunity is for a 3 month fixed term contract (extension is possible, but not guarenteed), working full-time hours during this period. This role is located in the office 4 days per week, with WFH available on Fridays
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Record Keeping – Management of accurate, up to date documentation and information on digital employee files and HR databases
- Date Entry / Processing - Processing multiple HR and Payroll documents / requests
- Rostering and Scheduling of Kindergarten Teachers
- Assistance with Contracts and Onboarding using the VECTEA award
- Ideally experience in managing a HR/HRIS database
- Previous track record providing standout customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with Employment Hero is a must
- Experience with Rostering and Scheduling
- Computer savvy and familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Experience with the VECTEA Award is ideal
