Our client, an established national provider of Outside School Hours Care, is looking to appoint a Program Manager to join their passionate and dedicated team. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a high intensity OSHC service, supporting children and young people with disability to thrive emotionally, physically, and socially. You will guide and mentor a large team of educators, oversee compliance and program delivery, and build strong relationships with families, schools, care teams, and community stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of a high intensity OSHC program, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and support to a large team of educators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, school staff, care teams, and community stakeholders including the Department of Education
  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate programs that reflect the interests and needs of children.
  • Manage rosters, budgets, and resources to ensure service efficiency and sustainability.
  • Act as Responsible Person under the National Law and Regulations.
  • Uphold Child Safe Standards and support a culture of inclusion and zero tolerance for abuse.

Skills and Abilities
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and support high-performing teams.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills, including use of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) where required.
  • Knowledge of disability inclusion, positive behaviour support, and trauma-informed practice.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet compliance standards, and maintain accurate records.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with disability.
  • ACECQA-recognised qualification (Certificate III or higher in Education, Disability, or related fields).
