We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Manager to oversee and support the refuge services team. As the Program Manager, you will work in conjunction with another Program Manager to oversee the Specialist Family Violence Crisis and Case Management Service across the Goulburn Region. The service operates 24/7. Your role will include supporting and mentoring refuge practitioners, managing the day-to-day operations of the program, and ensuring high-quality care and support for our clients.

About the Role :
- Leading and supporting refuge practitioners in providing comprehensive care to clients within the refuge properties.
- Engaging with external stakeholders through meetings and networking to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Providing case management for clients
- Support continuous service improvement through program reviews, change management and needs analysis.
- Providing supervision, mediation, advocacy and support to a team of practitioners,
What We Are Looking For :
- A Master’s degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification is required. (Minimum standard: Recommendation 289).
- MARAM Training
- Previous experience in a Program Manager role is preferred (3-5 Years)
- Critical thinking and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practice.
- Experience in a refuge or similar setting.
- Proven ability to manage program plans, performance and budgets
