Our client, a leading provider of allied health services, is seeking a passionate Speech Therapist to join their collaborative and client-focused team in the West of Melbourne. This is a fulfilling opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, adults, and their families through personalised and evidence-based therapy.
In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders. Working closely within a multi-disciplinary team, you'll play a key part in supporting client progress and community wellbeing.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults to identify communication needs
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individual client goals
  • Develop clear, actionable therapy plans and comprehensive progress reports
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, offering practical communication strategies
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Educators, and other allied health professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and sessions
  • Participate in regular team meetings, professional learning, and community outreach programs

What Do You Need?
  • Recognised qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership
  • Experience or strong interest in working with a diverse caseload across age groups
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • A proactive, compassionate, and client-centred approach
